Spring Connection 2017
On February 15th I attended the Fox Spring Connection career fair. With over 80 employers I knew it was a great chance for me to network with businesses and to get my resume out there. Everyone benefited from this event both the employers and students. I noticed one of the employers there, Intertek, a staffing agency whom I worked for previously on contracts for software testing and data entry. I spoke with one of their representatives for quite sometime about my experience with them and what I would be interested in doing in the future. I also spoke with one of the representatives from PGW for quite sometime about what they were looking for. This was a great experience to be able to speak with business professionals to get a sense of what their business does and what they are looking for in job applicants.
