Use these questions to help you prepare for assessments or exams. Note that these questions are not specifically the ones that will be on either the assessment or exam; the goal of answering these is for you to go back into the readings and gain a deeper understanding.

  1. What is Natural Language Processing and what’s the goal of it?
  2. AI has many models, but what is a language model? Have you interacted with this before? What was its primary function?
  3. Does Machine Learning require human interaction in its learning process?
  4. What does it mean for an AI model to use unsupervised learning?
  5. What two things does Deep Learning use to create its own learning process?
  6. What is the Turing Test and what is its purpose?
  7. Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is a hypothetical type of AI that has not been made yet. What would AGIs be designed to do?
  8. Since humans make AI systems, we can accidentally give it our own assumptions and prejudices, a.k.a our biases. From this, what is AI Bias?
  9. How might Data Governance be used in AI implementation?
  10. When it comes to training itself or real-life business uses, will AI systems analyze large or small data sets? Can you think of a reason why?
