The Risk IT Framework
On September 6th, 2021 I attended an online webinar sponsored by ISACA, on the topic of IT Framework.
The webinar was very insightful but the one piece of information that I found most interesting was —
The Risk IT Framework is used to help implement, develop, and enhance the practice of risk management by:
- Connecting business context with IT assets
- Increase the focus on using common risk language to correctly label items
- The framework will help enable enterprises to understand and manage IT risk types
Overall, a better understanding of the IT framework will help me deepen my understanding of IT, helping me develop skills that will definitely be useful as I begin my career.
