Digital Leader Fireside Chat: Larry Dignan on 11/18 at 12pm
This fireside chat was hosted by the Institute for Business and Information Technology. The guest was Larry Dignan, an adjunct professor for Fox at Temple University. He spoke a lot about the transformation of the workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how it will drastically change how the workspace is operated, particularly when it is not imperative that employees be physically present at work. I learned a lot about the industry perspective of the digital workplace transformation and what kind of impact that can have on the nature and structure of my own career. It gave me some perspective as to what to expect in the future and allowed me to think ahead in terms of my own preferences.
