Work breakdown Structure
We created a work breakdown structure to help provide us with a plan and an outline for the work to be done. Our project has three primary phase to it.
Consisting of Initiation, Planning and Execution.
The Execution Phase is broken down into Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3.
Initiation Phase: We are focusing on identifying the project that we are doing. We start working on the Scope and the Project Charter to define what our project will be.
Planning Phase: We are focusing on gathering information to gain a background of the medical industry and what the current environment looks like. This provides our team with clarity to understand what direction our project will go. During the planning phase our team is starting to develop ideas for solution
Execution Phase: During this phase our team starts to implement our idea and build our prototype.
