- Designed Business Requirements in Agile methodology, for the creation and implementation of an enterprise ready EHR dashboard app, capturing both provider pain points and the needs of the internal stakeholder.
- Implemented Front-End features, learning HTML, CSS, and GIT using an Angular framework while on the job.
- Proved business viability of product in bi-weekly presentations to Optum Executive Members and adjusted according to feedback.

Quality Analyst Intern (PT while in school, FT over breaks)
- Provided system testing and QA support for two data analytics web systems serving 10 pharmaceutical clients.
- Collaborated with scrum master, business analysts, development team members, and UX designer in order to establish business rules, fully test, and provide rework of bootstrap web application.
- Learned and applied business functionality requirements to write, update, and execute test cases on software.
