  • In Professor Jung’s class we learned the basics of data management including ETL and data insights. We effectively used SQL, NoSQL, and R to manage and analyze data.

• MIS 2402, Web Application Development: Taha, Havakhor.
  • In this class we covered the basics of JavaScript and HTML. With loops, arrays, and api’s we created basic web based services.

• MIS 3506, User Experience Design, Professor: Mandviwalla, Munir.
  • User Experience Design focuses on understanding, evaluating, and designing user experiences.

• MIS 3406, Cloud Architecture, Professor: Doyle, Mart.
  • In professor Doyle’s class, we will learn about assessing information technology such as computer hardware, software, systems, and networking. It is also a fantastic primer on Amazon Web Services and how to use VPC’s.

• MIS 3502, Web Service Programming, Professor: Jeremy, Shafer.
  • In this class we dive deep into end to end web based applications using RESTful APIs. We created single page applications with multiple APIs to create a seamless user experience.
