Rita’s Italian Water Ice, Treat Team Member – In this role, I mainly served treats such as custard and water ice to customers as well as made any hot items. I also took customer orders and create catering orders when needed.
Wegmans, Home and Entertaining Customer Service – In this position, my role consists of many tasks such as restocking my sections, completing balloon orders, creating displays, taking phone calls, and many other repetitive tasks. I also assist customers when on the floor with any need they may have.
