- In this webinar, I learned about Microsoft Azure and how it goes hand in hand with ever-developing AI. Azure is a cloud computing platform created by Microsoft that enables businesses to build, deploy, and manage applications and services. Azure can help improve customer services by implementing Azure cognitive services. These are cloud-based services that can help companies build cognitive intelligence within their applications. These services are split into four categories: Speech, Language, Vision, and Decision. The webinar then goes on to detail how else the AI within Microsoft Azure can be used to elevate the way companies run which can improve their overall sales and customer retention.

- This webinar relates to my future career endeavors because it introduced me to the potential of AI to increase efficiency and improve overall customer services, which could be key concerns for companies today. Having this knowledge of AI can give me a competitive edge in the job market and in my future positions seeing that AI will only continue to grow from here. Not many of my courses are focused on AI but my cybersecurity class does touch on this subject a bit. Thinking about how AI can be used to either protect or hack into servers would be something interesting to discuss in that class.
