Human Resources are what and will continue to be the root force of what drives businesses today. As an HR professional, my goal is to leverage the human element of a business by building cohesive, productive work environments where each individual’s skills and talents will build upon another’s in an effort to fulfill the mission of the organization.  It is important today, more than ever, to make every effort to match people with the correct function while taking into consideration a holistic and harmonious approach to a company’s environment. Besides being a non-traditional Human Resource Major in the Fox School of Business, I have enjoyed many things throughout my life, mostly performing arts, such as dinner theatre work, off-off Broadway work and performing in a Christian singing ensemble as a soloist for over 13 years. I have done many performances to raise money for such organizations as the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) and various other fund raising venues.
