Mask Making with Tri Delta
My sorority Delta Delta Delta, decided during the time of the Covid-19 outbreak we would come together and sew masks for health care professionals. Since there is a shortage of PPE and N95 masks, we teamed up and learned to sew and deliver masks to surround Philadelphia hospitals. The goal of this was to help those in need and to be able to protect our health care professionals during this time. I learned how to sew a clothe face-mask with my sorority sisters and working as a team we were able to donate all our masks to the people fighting on the front lines of this battle. I learned the importance of helping one another during such trying times and how coming together as a team can really help reach a specific goal.
