During the summer/fall of 2023, I utilized Amazon’s FBA program, managing over 1535 orders while maintaining a 5-star rating. Additionally, I leveraged 3PL logistics, which significantly improved the flow of my business operations. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into customer satisfaction, supply and demand dynamics, and the importance of data analysis, particularly regarding supply pricing. These learnings have equipped me with valuable knowledge for future endeavors.
