LinkedIn Learning Certificate II
I took the LinkedIn Learning course ‘SQL Server Fundamentals: Master Basic Query Techniques’ created by Julianne Thouin. This was a beginner-level course that covered basic concepts of how relational databases relate to one another and how to write SELECT statements using joins. I learned about surrogate, primary, and foreign keys and how to filter queries with AND and OR logic operators. I also learned about INNER and OUTER joins and built-in functions. Overall this SQL was more in depth than the first one I took as it had be download Microsoft SQL Server and use example files to follow with the demonstration. I think this was a great introduction course and was very satisfied by what it covered. I am interested in data analysis roles and this course provided great insight towards my goal.
