Demystifying ChatGPT and Generative AI: What Every Professional Needs to Know
This activity is a course describing the numerous uses of AI, focusing more so on how ChatGPT and other generative AI models can benefit human creativity, business processes, and more. As a student, this LinkedIn Learning course was sponsored by Temple University and created by Jules White. This course covers topics such as how to structure an efficient and effective prompt to an LLM to get the best and most constructive results, as well as how generative AI models can boost human creativity and productivity. I learned how AI can make programming more accessible by using natural language prompts to simplify the programming process. I also learned how to use AI to resolve ambiguities in documents by highlighting to the AI model the points that I need further clarification on after analyzing the document myself. Generative AI models are efficient in summarizing important points in complicated documents and procedures, as well as provide structured feedback when given a thorough prompt; these points are only two of many examples of how AI amplifies human creativity and productivity when properly navigated.
