Internship for SAP Sports and Entertainment
During the summer I had the opportunity to do an internship with the Sports and Entertainment Industry Sales Team of SAP. It was a great experienced from which I learned a lot of professional skills, which include organization of daily meetings, business professional communication and also hands on experience with SAP software for Customer Management and Data Analytics. I organized meetings and calls for the internationally operating team that covers Middle and Eastern Europe. Further, I did analyze CRM data to find potential customers and identify new target accounts. I also
analyzed the industriy’s financial data to prepare forecasts and reports, and developed customer journeys for top targets of the SAP Sports & Entertainment industry. In addition to that I visualized these customer journeys in animated presentations. Lastly, I was allowed to develop and organize an industry specific event for potential customers from different countries.
