- Information Systems in Organizations: In this course, I learned about what information technology is, and the value of information technology for customer interaction. I also learned how to create Entity Relationship Diagrams, Schemas, and Customer Relationship Management systems, and how to apply these models to business issues.
- Data Analytics: In Data Analytics, I built on database knowledge gained in Information Systems in Organizations, and learned how create and query against a SQL database. I also learned how to use R to analyze data, and how to create an effective data visualization.
- Data Centric Application Development: In this course, I learned the basics of web development, including Javascript, CSS and HTML.
- Enterprise IT Architecture: In this course, I learned about how databases are optimally organized in order to prepare for scalability and changes. I also built on my Javascript skills, and learned how to code in the node JS environment.
- Digital Solutions Studio: In this course, I was on a five person team of Business Analysts. We worked together to create a solution for ARI fleet’s difficulty managing their fleet, and we built and presented a functioning solution to key stakeholders.
- Lead Global Digital Projects: This course entailed acting as the project management team for a team in the Digital Solutions Studio class. My team and I learned how to complete important PM documentation, such as a WBS, and learned how to lead and organize a team of Business Analysts.
- Application Integration & Evaluation: This course focused on improving the web development skills learned in 2402. This course culminated with a final project in which we created client and server side functionality. This course helped me improve my coding skills dramatically, and helped me understand web functionality more.
