Here at Temple University, I have made a strong effort to become involved in the school and its activities. I have been playing volleyball since age 10, and I continue to play on the Temple Women’s Club Team here at school. Additionally, I am a member of the Main Campus Program Board, as I have an interest in helping the school set up service activities, such as the PB& J making-contest, and a blanket-making drive to donate blankets to those in need. I also am a Fox Honors Student here at Temple, so I joined the Business Honors Student Association, as their service activities help me stay involved and allow me to spend time with my fellow Fox Honors peers. Lastly, I am a member of the Financial Management Association, as I am a Finance Major here at Temple. The Financial Management Association has given me the opportunity to hear many influential speakers explain their role in the finance world. The Financial Management Association has given me better insight into my future career path and a better understanding of what jobs I will be doing once I graduate. Overall, maintaining a high level activity during my freshman year at Temple has helped me to better engage with the school and have a better college experience thus far.
