Volunteer at Air Liquide Safety Day
I participated in the Air Liquide Safety Day event, where I hosted a safety stand focused on the importance of managing fatigue in the workplace. As part of the activity, I incorporated a fun and interactive game that helped attendees recognize their limits and understand when to take breaks to maintain safety and efficiency. This experience reinforced the importance of fatigue awareness and provided valuable insights into how small adjustments in daily routines can significantly enhance workplace safety. It also allowed me to engage with others in meaningful discussions about well-being and risk prevention.
