Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
My comprehension of the significance of diversity and inclusion in work environments has been greatly enhanced by the LinkedIn Learning course “Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.” The LinkedIn learning showed me how to support people from different backgrounds and promote an inclusive workplace. Also, I learned how to recognize and deal with unconscious prejudices. This activity emphasizes the value of fostering diverse and inclusive environments in organizations, which directly connects to my management information systems courses and career ambitions. To manage data, technology, and information systems within a company successfully, managers of management information systems (MIS) must comprehend and promote an inclusive culture. I now have the knowledge and abilities from this training to help create inclusive and diverse workplaces.
