Risk-Taking for Leaders
This course taught me about the pro’s of risk taking and how to help employees take smart calculated risks. It informed me most employees won’t take risks because they are to scared to take risks. It also taught me how to encourage and help employees take risks. Giving them more time, and the support to take risks helps immensely. I also learned that there are people in the companies more likely too take risks and others that will not. It is important to encourage people risk adverse to take more risks, and to help natural risk takers to make smart informed risks.
