Peer Advisor
As a peer advisor, I have many roles. One is to function as a knowledgeable resource for the many students that come in looking for solutions to their problem. I utilize the temple resources and databases that are at my disposal to lead them to the answer that will best suit each of their needs.
Along with helping students access data related to their curriculum and university studies; a peer advisor manages a database full of information regarding each student. We are responsible for ensuring that each Advisor has complete access to the information about each student they are meeting with and are able to pick up exactly where the student was last left off, from the previous advisor they may have met with.
