It was sponsored by the Fox School of Business\’s MS in Digital Marketing Program, which brought together industry experts to share real world insights. My role as an attendee was to analyze the key takeaways on how AI is being applied responsibly in healthcare marketing. I learned how AI can improve efficiency, personalize communications, and optimize the patient journey while also introducing challenges such as data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and regulatory compliance. Overall, the event emphasized the importance of balancing innovation with ethical responsibility to ensure AI supports both effective marketing and high standards of patient care.
