Career Intrests and Aspirations

After graduating I would love to begin a career in Human Resource Management. More specifically I am interested compensation management and the motivation of employees.I understand that financial incentives are important, however the rising interest in non-financial incentives such as praise and commendation from management, opportunities to lead projects or tasks, or the ability to work from home fascinate me. I look forward to tackling complex issues such as company pay structure and employee engagement. Finally I hope to become  become part of a company that provides me with the direction and opportunities to advance in my career and someday hold an upper management position.
