I learned skills that can help me speak to my peers, professors, and managers. It showed me how to go about a conversation and skills to prepare myself for one.
The activity relates to my work and career because it gave me lessons on how to be more professional and how to listen and show that I am listening during conversations. These are skills that I will need at any future job of mine or even in a classroom setting.
