I completed the Training Your Mind to Focus and Handle Distractions Better course on LinkedIn Learning, in which I learned about practicing mindfulness to make me more attentive toward my goals and assignments rather than letting distractions take my attention away for too long. I have learned that distractions will always be around but that it is most important to learn to live with them and ignore them instead of allowing them to bother me. It was presented by Pete Mockaitis and Dr. Amishi Jha.
