AIS Mentorship Program
I participated in the AIS Mentorship Program as a mentee, with Diana Westerfer as my mentor. This program helped me adjust to the MIS major at Temple, and introduced me to the points systems included in it. Throughout the semester, my mentor helped me find events to participate in and earn the required points. Thanks to this program, I had multiple opportunities that I would almost certainly not have known about otherwise, such as the weekly speaker series in AIS and community service events at Duckrey High School. Outside of points requirements, my mentor also helped me stay on top of my classes and assignments throughout the semester.
