Based on our analysis of Clinical Trails Study, we figure out the top 3 diseases that have more than 1.6 billions people to enroll, different variables of sampling effects, and 5 future trends that will lead to the key success of clinical study in this open data digital world. In February, we participate in Target Case Analysis to focus on the target customers with different location, store sizes and problem solving. By creating marketing strategies and plannings, we did the SWOT analysis to ideate the best way to excite our customer to boost sales. Deloitte Federal Consulting Case Competition 2018
In April 2018 in my Freshman year, I choose to challenge myself to join the Deloitte Federal Consulting Case Competition. Our analysis is starting on three problem aspects that will affect FEMA to distribute resources and secure financial information. To properly manage database, technologies utilizing are become a leading trend to deal with problems. Our outline of the case study are:
- Analyzed FEMA case problems on logistics, financial allocation and data management.
- Collected and provided possible solutions in utilizing advanced technologies.
- Presented advantages in saving annual budgets and costs.
