TUKA’s mission statement is to enlighten all types of people, no matter what ethnic background about the Korean culture, as well as provide guidance for upcoming freshmen and transfer students.
I have been a member of TUKA since my freshmen year. Through TUKA, I have made many friends and have learned a lot. This current school year I stepped up as a TUKA officer with the title of Media Coordinator. As a Media Coordinator, I am responsible for keeping our group page up to date, making flyers for our events, and anything else related to the creative aspect for our events.
