IT Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION:
From May 17, 2021, I worked full time as an IT Intern for LJD Packaging, Inc located in Malvern. As a valued member of the LJD team I was responsible for transitioning IT systems and hardware to modern standards. Applying continued maintenance to the LJD website, and providing analysis for the effectiveness of the site. Finally, assisting in warehouse duties and administrative duties including: PPS, procuring pricing quotes, and filing AR and AP.
GAINED EXPERIENCE:
The most relevant experience gained was in updating and upgrading computer hardware without interruption to general workflow for the business. Additionally, practical experience was gained in the use of GoDaddy website manager. Also, learning the value of a authorized distributors as opposed to other forms of manufacturer distribution, when related to the sale of complex machinery that required ongoing support.
