Work Experience

Site Assistant 

I worked at E.C. Trethewey III, a local construction company for 3 months in the fall of 2019. During my time there I formed valuable bonds with clients and fellow coworkers. I also communicated with Site supervisors and the owners of the business regularly giving me valuable insight into small business management structures. I traveled to multiple work sites and assisted in resource management and would spend large swaths of time alone left to my assigned tasks my supervisors gave me and knew I would accomplish quickly and efficiently.

Restaurant Worker

I worked at Olive Tree, a local Mediterranean restaurant, for 3 summers, from 2015 to 2018. My overall experience was very good considering I knew my boss well and my actual duties were neither complex nor difficult. It was well paying and I got to interact with many different members of staff. I learned the importance of proper management and teamwork when the restaurant got busy.

Professional Experience

Member of AIS(Association for Information Systems)

I am currently an AIS member. The SPO(Student Professional Organization) has been okay, and given me many opportunities to see speakers with widely varying positions and skills.
