MIS 3504: Digital Design and Innovation Studio

Group Project: Business Anlaysis, Project Management, and Project Design

MIS 3504 was very much a studio class that involved an ongoing group project throughout the semester. We were given a mock business case in the first week of class, with which we had to organize a project scope, ERDs, business rules, and the appropriate swim lanes for fine tuning the business processes that were limiting productivity and growth for this company. I’ve attached a collection of some of these documents. During this project, I worked as team liaison and acquired a good taste of what project management is like.
