On 12/11, I completed the Data Analytics LinkedIn Learning assignment by Mike Chapple. This assignment reinforced what I already knew about the different types of visualizations (Line charts, bubble charts, bar charts, etc.), and when to use each. However, 1 new visualization I learned about is the waterfall chart, which is good for seeing increases and decreases of a single variable.
The most important new thing I learned during this lecture is business reporting. Mike explained how to create a good cover page, appendix, and executive summary. I believe this is an extremely useful piece of information that can certainly help me in the event that I need to write a business report at my future job. Overall, I feel this was a productive lecture, that I got a lot out of.
