MIS2101: Through a multitude of assignments, I was able to acquire visual communications skills while learning to model business processes, the information required to perform these processes, and the systems that support these processes.
MIS2402: I was able to learn the basic principles of programming through Javascript (e.g., variables, algebraic expressions, logical expressions, if/else statements, loops, functions, arrays, and objects). On top of that, I learned the basics of CSS, HTML, APIs, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JSON formatting.
MIS2502: Through this course, I developed an understanding of the key components of an organizations’ information infrastructure, as well as the use and importance of a transactional database. Secondly, I was able to gain experience in the use of SQL/NoSQL through MongoDB, MySQLWorkbench, and R&R Studio.
