- Attended multiple trials in departments such as juvenile, drug court, small claims court, insurance fraud and economic crimes, and special victims.
- Interviewed police and detectives on the workings of the courthouse as well as forensic analysis of cases.
- Visited the evidence warehouse and learned about undercover surveillance vehicles, as well as how evidence is collected, procedures if it were to be tampered with, and the laws around what can be counted as solid evidence in a case.
