International Business Association

Recently I just finished serving a one year term as the Director of Finance and a term as the President of the International Business Association. We are a Student Professional Organization within the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Our mission is to help enhance the professional and academic experience of students who have an interest in International Business Administrations, while expanding their awareness of the present phenomenon of the global economy.  This has been a great experience for me to gain important teamwork and leadership skills. Within the organization, I am delegated to handle all transactions between the organization and external sources. The position requires me to work closely with all other directors on the board since money is often involved with all aspect of the organization. I am also part of the Marketing and Public Relations committee within the organization. We work closely together to promote IBA, and organize events such as tours to the United Nations and Wall Street for our members.

As the President, I over saw all twelve officers on my board. As a leader, my job was to set semester/yearly goals for the organization, and make sure we execute those goals to bring the maximum professional and social benefit to our members.
