Global Services Delivery Operations Intern

Since January of 2015, I have been interning for SAP, in their North America Headquarters. We are a global company based in Walldorf, Germany. SAP is the largest ERP provider in the world, with offices in 130 countries, with over 282,000 customers spanning across 190 counties.

At SAP, I am apart of their GSDO team, part of the Global Service and Support branch. Since I have been there, our team has worked almost exclusively on the transition and roll-out of our new implementation methodology; which we will be announcing during Sapphire Now on May 5th of this year. I have been responsible for updating the Accelerators of the new methodology, update and create new content on the SAP Jam page, moderate the SCN page along with other various projects.

SAP has helped me reinforce a verity of my hard and soft skills. I have learn to use things such as Success Factor, WBS Database and all the hidden gems of Excel. At the same time, this experience has helped turn me into a better team member, communicator and time manager.
