- One thing that I learned in this Webinar is that innovation is not just a process and removing the obstacles an organization may face and that the value of innovation is the mindset shift in people, which enables creative ideas, and allows for collaboration cross-functionally. To cultivate an innovative environment, it must not be forced upon any individual. A culture of innovation is created through routine, behavior needed for successful innovation in a collaborative environment, willingness for a challenge with creative solutions, and keeping ideas that drive areas for growth.
