- Served as an IT SOX consultant for three clients within the Technology Audit and Financial Advisory Practice to perform controls testing and help clients better understand and manage risk in their organization
- Utilized Audit Board, Alteryx, Power BI, and other software’s to complete over 20 IT controls throughout the internship
- Remediated SOD conflicts within the client’s system by analyzing user access and administrative privileges using Microsoft Excel.
- Shadowed Penetration Testing team to assess vulnerabilities to security threats
- Worked with three clients and they were Brooks Automation, ConMed, and Energizer
- Learned the different processes of a technology project within the consulting world. From the walkthrough, testing, and final phases of making sure a company’s following the correct procedures to make sure everything is going smoothly.
