- Fiserv is a global FinTech and payments leader, developing solutions through software for businesses worldwide. I will be working in implementations for the card services department at the Fiserv Hub in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey
- • Certifications is committed to deliver outstanding service to customers / vendors and support their implementation onto the Fiserv production switch.• Certify Online, Batch and Web Services/API integrations supporting the EPOC platform, focus is on point of integration verification.• Perform disaster recovery, provide regression / stress testing support. • Provide support pre-boarding and/or product activation, as well as post ‘Live’ for monitoring/verification purposes.• Provide support to the CTE participant client, CTE is a user a testing environment.

The different methodologies and analysis tools the MIS degree equipped me with will give me leverage when identifying the business, analysis requirements and system risks.
