Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

Recently, I completed an Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) course on LinkedIn Learning, led by instructor Jessie Withers. This course provided a thorough introduction to OKRs, a widely-used management methodology for goal setting. As a participant seeking to enhance my understanding of strategic goal-setting techniques, I found the course highly beneficial. Throughout the modules, I learned about the significance of strategic goals, the fundamentals of OKRs, and how to design impactful objectives and key results. Jessie Withers guided me through the process of writing and managing OKRs for both individuals and groups, emphasizing the importance of alignment, collaboration, and accountability within organizations. By the end of the course, I gained practical skills I can use in the future in implementing OKRs across an organization and measuring their success, allowing me to contribute effectively to goal-setting initiatives and fostering a culture of achievement and productivity.
