It was a pleasure helping the businesses not only survive but thrive during COVID-19. As Student Project Lead, I aided in scheduling meetings, helping onboard new students to the program, and managing client expectations.

We handled re-branding, website re-design, website creation, and digital marketing. We also implemented several eCommerce stores within various platforms, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, etc.

My second Internship at Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners.

This time back at the ranch I performed a competitive analysis for Dietz & Watson. Summarized large data sets with over 65 competitors & distilled the data into valuable insights that were showcased for the client.

I also monitored and paid social campaigns on Facebook, while developing keyword/interest targeting.

My first rodeo at the ranch. As Account, I oversaw the whole advertising operation gaining valuable knowledge about each department from Strategy to interactive.

I collaborated with the account, strategy, and creative teams at weekly meetings to gain a deeper understanding of each client’s business model.

Analyzed and monitored clients’ social media engagement and activities related to the accounts.

Enhanced relationships with clients while assisting in commercial and photoshoots
Proposed ideas for monthly social cadences to the account management team.

Saxbys

While looking for a part-time job as a college student Saxbys seemed like the perfect opportunity. I leveraged my knowledge from previous experiences, volunteering at The Franklin Institute and YMCA, to deliver fantastic hospitality to the guests whether a one time visitor or regular.

As a Host, I serve 200+ people each day, as well as support my fellow team members by maintaining the coffee, serving quick drink/food orders like a cup of coffee, hot tea or serving a pastry off the shelf.

As a Barista, I manage 200+ drinks each day, multitasking the different orders to make sure each drink is delivered in the fastest and most efficient way, as well as working in a team of 12 people making sure the cafe continues to work properly and run smoothly. All while providing the hospitality that Saxbys is known for
