Field Technician Internship
My job at PCS, as a field technician, was to provide technical support for their clients while onsite. The FSU (Field Service Unit) provided onsite assistance varying from fixing a Microsoft blue screen to troubleshooting network issues. Every day it was something new. I got to learn all about Windows and its features along with the all hardware involved with networking. Troubleshooting was exciting and a challenge.
It is was extremely interesting to begin working with in the IT industry and learn about how an MSP operates. Everyone has a different skill set in IT so I was continually learning and sometimes teaching. I also studied for my A+ on my off time for a full time offer. I am excited to continue learning at work and to study on my off time.
