Field tech
PCS is a managed service provider within Moorestown NJ.
I am apart of the field technician unit where I diagnose and fix a plethora of IT issues. I am currently working to be within the Client Service Unit where you work in house and are able to create new tickets and work remotely.
As a field technician you need to have technical knowledge and determination. I have learned a multitude of things at Temple that I apply to my work every day.
