Hue Fusion Market Digital Marketing Project

Description: For this project, I worked with three other students. The objective was to consult with a client, in our case Hue Fusion Food Market, and establish marketing objectives. First, we benchmarked Hue’s digital marketing performance. Second, we developed a digital marketing strategy to achieve our objectives. Our campaign included developing a new website, creating content on social media, and advertising on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Finally, we presented our objectives, campaign strategy and outcomes.

Highlights: 

  • Developed a new website that reached 905 unique visitors over 3 months (158% increase)
  • Generated at least 344 digital leads, including phone number and map view clicks.
  • Increased Facebook ‘likes’ by 72.38%.
  • Increased Twitter followers by 933%
  • Created an Instagram profile and gained 1120 followers

Corporate Crisis Communication Analysis

Description: The objective of this assignment was to evaluate how a company responded to a public relations crisis. I chose the Costa Concordia cruise ship disaster that occurred in 2012 and argued that the company, Costa Cruises, was effective in its crisis response. I presented my analysis to the class and wrote a persuasive essay.

Corporate Philanthropy Proposal

Description: For this project, I worked with a partner to create a philanthropy proposal for a fictitious company named SolarCo. The objective was to recommend one charity that would be make an ideal partner for our company. We chose Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia because it is socially responsible and financially efficient organization that resonates with the goals and aims of our company. We drafted a memo and presented our plan.
