Educate yourself
I use the following blogs and journals mainly to gain background knowledge to better understand how different businesses operate. All of the courses I have taken so far in the Fox School follow a completely different business concept and business structure than my parents business, DirectBuy, does. Sitting through these classes gives me so much insight from the other side of business, I try to learn as much as I can to compare it to the way DirectBuy does business. Doing research on my own time, using these blogs, I am able to gain knowledge and have arguable topics to why DirectBuy is a better choice when it comes to the consumer buying goods. The winning reason will always be that with DirectBuy, you save copious amounts of money from buying straight from the manufacturer.
