Bio
Welcome to my E-Portfolio!
I am a senior Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing double major at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Here at Temple, I am a Peer Writing Tutor at Fox’s Business Communication Center, an Information Technology Assistant in the MIS Department, and a member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS).
This past summer I was a Technology Consulting Intern on the Microsoft team at Ernst & Young. During this internship, I worked on the QA team for a software development project for a large client in the cleaning services industry. I managed sprint timelines and work items in Azure DevOps, helped implement customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and completed thorough testing of new CRM developments. It was fun being able to work with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve our client’s goals and use my time-management and analytical skills to get work items completed efficiently. I was also able to leave a lasting impact on the project by implementing a new security role tagging system in Azure DevOps to help organize items for the QA and Development teams. This enabled us to push out UAT deployments more quickly and keep our client in the loop with new iterations of the software and features added to the system.
During the summer of 2021, I was a Technical Delivery Intern at DecisivEdge, LLC, and continued to work for them part-time throughout the fall semester. I gained tons of amazing experience managing projects with Agile methodology, wireframing and redesigning the UX/UI for a client finance portal, enhancing our website’s SEO and building new pages in WordPress, and working with our team of developers, business analysts, and client managers to produce exciting deliverables. Working in the technology consulting space has definitely sparked an interest in me to continue exploring the world of consulting and I have a newfound passion for UX design and business analysis!
I am very interested in MIS and Marketing, and how the two conjointly can help enhance business processes. My passions for organization, problem-solving, and technology have led me to pursue double majors and I am eager to learn more and gain experience in the field! Post-graduation I am hoping to start full-time as a Product Manager, UX Designer, or Business Analyst to continue learning and grow new skills.
