Creating Safe Spaces for Tough Conversations at Work

This LinkedIn Learning course taught me the skill of having difficult conversations at work and how to handle them. This skill is useful to have because these conversations can not be avoided and if you do not handle them correctly, they can cause a lot of harm to the company culture. The course explained to me how to create a safe environment for hard conversations and how to develop a safe company culture that has a sense of trust. I work as the Marketing Assistant at Chick-Fil-A Montgomeryville and sometimes it is hard for me to have these hard conversations with my team members because I don’t know how to go about it. This course taught me how to handle different situations and I will apply it to the next time I work.
