Student Worker for enrollment office at Harrisburg Area Community College

I was a student worker for enrollment services at Harrisburg Area Community College – Lebanon Campus from August 2011 – December 2012.  I provided administrative services and translation services for the enrollment office.  I assisted new students in activating his/her account and taught him/her locate different useful services on the Harrisburg Area Community College’s website.  I also assisted new and current students in searching and enrolling for courses.  As a student worker, I interacted with students on a daily basis and worked closely with Banner, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook.
