Help Desk Support

In this role, I provide technical support to staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations. I also assist in maintaining and updating office systems, including installing software, performing system upgrades, and resolving technical problems efficiently while documenting and tracking support requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution, and improving internal processes to enhance overall IT support efficiency. I am learning from a team of talented data analysts, software engineers, and IT specialists. This job has taught me so much, and I can’t wait to see all the knowledge I acquire by April when the internship ends.
