Accomplishments for the week ending September 21st, 2019

1. 1. Team met for the first time and discussed action steps.
   2. Assigned roles and chose Project Manager.
   3. Complete the first draft of the project charter and received comments from professors for improvements
   4. Complete the first draft of the WBS and received comments from professors for improvements. 

Goals for the week ending September 28th, 2019

1. 1. Complete the final version of the project chapter for submission.
   2. Complete the first draft of the RACI chart and change management plan.
   3. Start the website.
   4. Start researching PM tools
   5. Create draft schedule of activitie
   6. Create stakeholder register draft and communication plan draft
